GreatVacationShoreRentals.com and its affiliates are not liable in any dispute between renters and owners that established contact through any of its sites.

Renters should be aware that each property sets its own refund and cancellation policies. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the renting party. Qualification of all renters is the sole responsibility of the property owner or agent. GreatVacationShoreRentals.com is not a licensed real estate broker in any location.

Notice to Property Owners
If the operators of GreatVacationShoreRentals.com are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither GreatVacationShoreRentals.com , or its owners, can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided. GreatVacationShoreRentals.com does not guarantee that the web site will be available 100% of the time. GreatVacationShoreRentals.com reserves the right to reject or edit any listing submitted at our sole discretion.

Membership Cancellation Policy
GreatVacationShoreRentals.com listings run on an annual basis. Because the majority of the work involved in promoting vacation properties on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks (creating the ad(s), adding photos, submitting to search engines, etc.) GreatVacationShoreRentals.com is unable to offer a refund on cancelled memberships.

Property off the Market
If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate your GreatVacationShoreRentals.com listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your GreatVacationShoreRentals.com listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change. Note: The renewal date will not be extended during the time that a property is off the market.

Spamming Policy
GreatVacationShoreRentals.com does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM). We reserve the right to cancel (without refund) any member that mentions GreatVacationShoresRentals.com , or any of our associated websites, URLs, or any associated GreatVacationShoreRentals.com  email address in any spam email messages or Usenet posting. GreatVacationShoreRentals.com is the sole judge in determining what constitutes spam.

Rental Inquiries
It is GreatVacationShoreRentals.com’s goal to reduce the volume of spam delivered via the Rental Contract Form. Therefore, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by GreatVacationShoreRentals.com prior to delivery to our members. Inquiries may be read by GreatVacationShoreRentals.com staff members. Rental inquiries are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Internet email delivery is not 100% reliable, and GreatVacationShoreRentals.com cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries. GreatVacationShoreRentals.com, at its own discretion, may supply to potential renters the direct email address of GreatVacationShoreRentals.com advertisers for the purpose of making a rental inquiry.

Privacy Policy
We do not collect personal information, such as your email address or telephone number, on our site unless you register, complete a form, or enter a contest. If you list or advertise a vacation rental property with GreatVacationShoreRentals.com , we collect your personal information for billing purposes only.

Registration and Other Forms
When you request vacation rental availability, we collect your name, email address and phone number. This allows the vacation rental owner to respond to your request.
